my love for physical media - ive begun this hobby of collecting physical vintage postcards because ive always shown interest in them and physical media in general.
what is physical media? physical media is things such as; cassettes, cd's, vinyl records, cd players, mp3, newspaper, magazines + more! doing this brings a lot of whimsical feelings into my life and is something that anybody can do.
how can you collect postcards/physical media in general? thrifting is always a really good idea when it comes to things like this. any thrift store can have them and postcards are not expensive either. the postcards ive bought are usually $1-$2. another place to collect things like this are at antique stores and flea markets.
something else interesting about postcards is finding out what time era they are from, the locations and also some come from various collections and can have more than just the one postcard you get.
